Mål | After the course the participants should be able to: - analyse processes of organisational change - discuss various perspectives of change management - practically use various methods of change management - conduct and summarize case analyses of change processes in organizations - have a basic understanding of how change affects members in an organization. |
Innehåll | The only thing constant in life is change. The world is constantly changing and the ability to change with it is of vital importance for the survival of an organization. Change is hence in many ways inevitable to life within organizations, and the ability to manage change have become crucial for the management of organizations. This course will give the participants an understanding of how to analyse, drive and lead organizational change, focusing on context, content, structures and processes. During the course you will hence get aquainted to several perspectives on change management. We will also look at how change affects the individual within organizations. E.g: How do people cope with change? How do people resist to change? And how can managers prevent resistance to change? |
